Uncrowd presentation design

Recent startup Uncrowd are a retail analytics company - helping companies measure the Customer Experience (CX) through the Relative Attractiveness (RA) measurement – replacing Qualtrics or Medallia as the analysis of choice. I’ve worked on presentations and illustrations for the company for the past few years since they got going.

Uncrowd presentation design

Presentation design for a partnership between Uncrowd and William Grant & Sons - a distiller that makes Balvenie, Monkey Shoulder and Hendrick’s Gin amongst other familiar tipples.

This presentation looks at Customer Experience (CX) in the airport duty free spirits sector, and what insights William Grant & Sons can gain by using the Uncrowd analytics platform. The platform shows organisations how they can reduce shopping friction and increase purchase reward.

My role involved working with the project managers and stakeholders to compile all of the data visualisations and text working from a rough sketch in PowerPoint, and designing them into a pdf document for online and print use using the William Grant & Sons branding guidelines.
